Web Hosting

a. Customer(s) shall agree to and take full responsibility to backup, maintain and secure their website(s) hosted with Bhutan Telecom.

b. Customer(s) should agree that in the event of any security breaches resulting from their website(s), Bhutan Telecom as a responsible hosting Service Provider and in the interest of Internet Community, reserves the right to suspend /terminate the compromised website(s) with or without any prior notice to the customer.

c. No refunds are entitled for downgrading but charges shall be levied for upgrading of packages.

d. Bhutan Telecom shall provide the Domain name based on its availability and customer(s) priority; else we will inform the customer to submit new domain names

e. Free web advertisement for one month shall be provided to the web hosting customer during registration of the service as one time promotional offer based on availability.

f. Please attach a copy of your ID card /Trade License as applicable.

I have read and agree to this web hosting agreement, domain name registration, acceptable user policy and other policies of Bhutan Telecom.
